Sadly they didn't. The overwhelming negative ot the show Sunday was the crowd. In their defense it was crazy hot and humid, but still. My entire section sat unless they played a biggie. When that song ended, everyone sat again. I'm not even sure Zooropa generated applause.
When I saw the band in St. Louis on the Vertigo Tour, the crowd went nuts. Adam interacted with the fans in a way I have never seen. Bono took out his earpiece more than once to soak in the noise.
I loved the show and went bananas from Space Oddity through Moment of Surrender. For a minute I thought I may be the only person left in the stadium to hear the last verse. Too bad.

I couldn't disagree more. I was inner circle center stage and no one sat still a single minute. Another friend was on the floor in the back and said the crowd near him was the same.
As for the person with the "suck it" remark...the usual class from Chicago.

Just hearing A Day Without Me, 11 O Clock Tick Tock and Stories for Boys mentioned at a 360 show was a thrill.
