    I think thats why they started filming here. To have extra performances to edit in if there is a better performance...
  4. Reading the article on U2songs it seems that they are starting to practice and indeed possible edit some other footage in. This is all dry-run stuff for the official filming supposedly in Buenos Aires.

  7. The acoustic version of The Best Thing is really terrible.

    BUT

    the one thing I really enjoyed is that, at 2:37, you can hear a "if". That makes a big difference to me. "IF you're the best thing about me, why am I walking away?". Subtle but great.
  8. Looking at that setlist and hearing the performance of The Best Thing, I would probably leave after the Joshua Tree . Missing UV would suck, but jesus christ what a total snoozefest is the second half of the setlist.
  9. I have just heard The Best Thing and wow....arguably "The Worst Thing" I have ever heard from U2. At least in a long time. When I read they played an accoustic version, I thought that they only ruined another song with an "accoustic" version, as they like to do, but this was way worse. It souds like a demo of a demo... It would not work even in a theatre settings and on a stadium I guess most of the people had to fight hard not to fall asleep.

    I agree. My least favorite tour by far. Cannot wait for the Experience tour and to be done with this current set/tour
