1. As great as that "bootleg" is, it would be fantastic if they remastered the Stockholm show for the AB reissue - I put it ahead of all the other great Zoo TV shows, including Washington, Dublin, and Sydney. Just clean it up a little, a few edits here and there and it would be the masterpiece of my collection.

Agreed, the sound is a little muddy and the stereo image is a little twisted, but everything else makes up for that. A remaster on a tape from the U2 vault would be a dream come true

They really should do this show if only for the fact that TEN tracks from the album are performed at this show - no WGRYWH in Washington - and Dublin has Zooropa stuff which I think should stay off this one.
  4. I don't think we'l see any release. Slim chance around Christmas maybe if there is no new album.
  5. That would be a damn shame...they were on a roll for a few years there.

One might think that they'd redo R&H first. Now THAT needs reworking.

Rattle and Hum is fine. Some decent music and great footage on the DVD.
  7. Yeah quantity of goods in R&H is grand but some of the editing is shocking. Edge's hands on the wrong part of guitars than what he's actually playing and stuff like that.

  8. I'm refering to the album, not the movie.

I've never been a fan of mixing live cuts and studio tracks, however, let alone throwing in other people's music.

Like all U2 DVD releases then
  10. True true..
  11. I can't remember how long it is, but you may want to check 1993-08-11 London. It's a great bootleg with very good sound quality.
