Not my fav songs but i&e was amazing, the energy high on every show. This feels forced, the songs don't flow in any sense. Forget big stadiums stay indoors. Love this band got me through many hard times, I hope we can help them back somehow ( although feel terrible writing this down)

I also thought i&e show was amazing and probably best I had been to..until after the first 4 songs on Saturday..they were worth the price of admission on their own. Crowd and Band well up for it. Stadium shows definately have thier place, just as long as the band can pull them off.
  2. All that happened at some previous shows was that it sounds like he has had problems with his in ear monitors. I used to dj and its a similar problem- very frustrating if the monitor (which would be a speaker rather than in ear) isnt working or if you dont have a monitor- basically makes you sound shitter than you are

That's actually quite interesting. I think he is doing a good job, and gonna see the tour in 3 weeks. Hearing affects singing.
  4. London was great! America not so

  5. Hallejuah, thank you!

You know something, this thread has brought in a lot of different opinions, as we've already touched on, and it has come from various users – from veterans of the site to newcomers. I think it's been successful, great to hear from everyone.

I haven't said much because I'm yet to see the show, but I've enjoyed reading everything on here, seriously.

  7. Strange sentiment. What is a forum if not a floor for people to offer opinions?

Perhaps in future you should consider not being so dismissive of those with altering viewpoints to your own.
  8. Wow, a year since we saw Pearl Jam last, needs to happen soon! And you're right, it doesn't exactly feel like it was all those yesterdays. I remember it so well – had a blast over there! Hope you're well!

  9. It's a greatest hits package dressed up as nostalgia come-full-circle. Still a great night out, but let's call a spade a spade.

  11. I'm mocking their opinions. Big difference.
