Great stuff, really looking forward to this one. What’s the deal with the Wednesday or Friday release dates? Best thing was released on a Wednesday but is music not generally released on a Friday? Not that u2 always go down the conventional route but just trying to work out what date exactly they could be going for I’m thinking 27th (Friday) or 1st November (Wednesday). I’m sure I heard someone mention that November 1st date before.

Also end of JT tour, time to push a small promo tour for album release

I still stand by this statement

Nov 1st would make all the sense since it's the Día de Muertos (I think the English name is All Saints) and that was exactly the GOOYOW* video's theme.

Actually, El Día de los Muertos, is Nov 2.
Nov 1 is El Día de Todos los Santos (All Saints Day / All Hallows Day), and Oct 31 is All Hallows Eve (no name / special date in spanish afaik).
But yes I don't think they'll get too technical about it and any day around that date could work.
(In other mexican tradition" words: Nov 1st is the day you go to the church to pray for the death, Nov 2nd is the day you go to the cementary to visit them)

Maybe find a different photo for a different single? I hope they don't reuse the same cover of The Best Thing
