Traded in my Gretsch for a Les Paul. It’s awesome hahaha
Which tour did Edge use a Les Paul the most? I was thinking Lovetown or Zoo

Lovetown was mostly Strats even for songs traditionally associated to humbucker guitars (like I Will Follow).
I'd say Zoo TV takes the cake, which is no surprise given that Achtung Baby and Zooropa are both heavy on Les Paul songs (although we know Edge sometimes uses one guitar to record in studio and a different one to play that song live). But yeah apart from the "80s suite" (Bullet, Running, Streets, Pride, Still) in the middle of the Zoo sets, which was 100% Strat, the rest of the set was pretty much LesPaulish (or kinda, as the Rickenbacker is closer to a LP than to a Strat).
And now let's take a minute totalkSCREAM ABOUT THAT BEAUTY
Originally posted by Release3:Yeah Zoo TV Sydney takes the lead with 10 songs played on the Les Paul. Popmart Mexico City comes in 2nd with 8 songs played between the cream and gold top. Of course this might vary depending on the set list, but yeah the 90s were Les Paul heavy

I'm so glad for you, man! LPs are too heavy for me (since I'm a singer and I play standing up most of the time, and there you really DO notice weight small differences) but man they are something else to play. I'm jealous now!
Love the blue Herdim on the pickguard, the minute you spot that you know you're in good company

The first Les Paul Edge sighting must have been in 1982. But yeah Zoo for iconography.
