The question of this new You Too is:

How would you rate U2's Innocence and Experience opening night?
    - 5 stars - I couldn't expect more
    - 4 stars - A great show by U2 standards
    - 3 stars - An average show
    - 2 stars - It could've been better
    - 1 star - I think it didn't work
    - I didn't follow or listen to anything

Please vote on the frontpage of the website, in this topic you can tell us why you voted for your answer.
  2. 4!
  3. Just let me hear some videos or bootleg later to vote on imparcial way... but Bono's voice was pretty good!
  4. I honestly think it deserves a solid 5. The only thing I think could ding them half a point is the handful of goofups at the start of the show. But once they hit their stride it was lights out.
  5. 3

i like the songs...but not the order (fast ... slow ... fast ... slow)

and 'ebw' and then 'bullet'....sounds absolutely terrible
  6. from what i heard so far its a 4, i need to hear full concert, Still kinda ehh on the closer, ISHFWILF
  7. and yellow lines that will be ignored by the edge....terrible too ;D
  8. The Edge's fall makes it to 5 Bono, you're not the only one staring at the sun. Hope he's Ok though.
  9. It's a 4 for me.

+I think the setlist was compact and flows nicely.
+The lights/screen was impressive and well used.

-There's still at least a couple of SOI songs missing.
-Personally I would've liked a couple of different songs in the setlist
-I'm looking for to like that ending, but I still haven't found it yet.
-I didn't liked a couple of gimmicks: Sweetest Thing Girl and Beautiful Day Boy. They can do better than that.

Still the strong points weight a lot more.
    Nice show.
Hopefully they liked the crowd reaction to the new songs.
  10. anyone realized that vancouver wasnt that loud?

    ...or only on periscope stream?
  11. i think for a 3 , maybe after the second night in Vancouver it will be more
  12. yeah... I hope is the second, or that's just what I assumed.
