  1. While listening to Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own, the Milan U218 version, I heard Bono singing some Italian sentences at the end..My knowledge of Itialian is not good, so is there anyone(an Italian perhaps) who could translate it for me? I'm curious about what he's saying there..

  5. Well, the lyrics on that site were not the real lyrics. Torna a Surriento is an Italian song, but more precisely it's a song made in the Neaples's lenguage (I say 'lenguage' because it is quite different from Italian lenguage).
    I'm not totally sure, but I can say that Bono sang this:
    "Vid'o mare quant'è bello
    Spira tanto sentimento"
    I know Neaples's lenguage very well and I can say that Bono didn't sing it too wrong.
    He's really the best!
