1. they could organize that as a one shot for a Dublin gig...?

  2. up
I'm selling the 2 tickets for the price of 1 (hard tickets)
  3. Thought this was worth sharing. Fantastic cover.

  4. Went to their show at Royal Albert Hall on a very wet night in west London on Friday.
A Halloween theme with some stage decorations and band dressed up from Phantom of the Opera.
They focused on their newer material from Open Wide, along with some of the bigger songs from the earlier albums. Only 16 songs though, there was certainly room for a few more.

Hey! I was there, too. Inhaler are my daughter's favourite band so it was a great opportunity for some Daddy/daughter time. They've certainly nailed a loyal audience...we were on the floor near the mixing desk & all around us were having the best time, belting out every lyric! Such a fabulius venue, too. Back there next week for Wet Leg.

It is great to see a young crowd so enthusiastic for a guitar band, gives some hope that all is not lost to hip hop etc.
First saw Wet Leg supporting Inhaler a few years ago, I'm still puzzled by them, but nothing wrong with being a bit unique in this game.

I saw Wet Leg support Harry Styles a couple of years ago, only knew one of their songs, but they had a huge amount of fans in the audience - as you say, another guitar based band with a big fanbase. I thought they were really cool.

I'm 39 and I think I've reached an age where I've fallen into the classic trap of underestimating 'the youth of today' - I work with a lot of people from Gen Z, and have been surprised to discover how eclectic their music tastes are.

There doesn't seem to be a preoccupation with what's 'cool' (or whatever they say these days!) - if they like it, they like it.

The Inhaler fanbase seems hilarious, too - they don't fawn over the boys; quite the contrary, they seem to lovingly slag them off, which is a refreshing take.
  8. Supporting Foo Fighters in Europe.
  9. Then in the case of the City of Liverpool, they’ve cracked the venue size progression.Small club in the case of Parr Lane Studios (ended up a tiny venue) that was partly owned by Coldplay after they recorded some of Parachutes there.Mountford Hall,a university venue. The O2Liverpool,then the M&S Bank Arena to now Anfield Stadium.Fair play that
