  1. In my hometown Spakenburg, in the middle of Holland, a new band has started. Just like U2, they consist of 4 members and their music style can be compared with Keane, Snow Patrol, U2. Most of these new bands produce reasonable music, but they surprised me, not because they are from my hometown or something, but because their music surprises me in a positive way.

    National radio station 3FM also promoted them with the Serious Talent program, where upcoming bands are given playtime. You can listen to 4 songs of them at the following website: http://www.myspace.com/atlantic2

    Like U2 once started, I'm always glad to see that there are enough bands who are trying to get succes too.
