    I had a sit down yesterday and decided to put together an iPod song list based on the following:

    A track list where the songs appear in the order they appeared in their origin album in. ie: Track 1 would be choosen from: Zooroopa from Zooroopa, Zoo Station from Achtung Baby etc Track 2 would be choosen from Where The Streets Have No Name - The Joshua Tree, Miracle Drug - HTDAAB etc

    I should also stress that the idea is that the song in the spot is you FAVE song in that spot over all. So if you like With Or Without You as the best third song then choose it over One....

    The track list I came up with is as follows:

    01: Zooropa - Zooropa
    02: Do You Feel Loved - Pop
    03: With Or Without You - The Joshua Tree
    04: Until The End Of The World - Achtung Baby
    05: Out Of Control - Boy
    06: Last Night On Earth - Pop
    07: Bad - The Unforgettable Fire
    08: Peace On Earth - ATYCLB
    09: Dirty Day - Zooropa
    10: Original Of The Species - HTDAAB
    11: Please - Pop
    12: Love Is Blindness - Achtung Baby

    Some of them are TOUGH!!! Like No 3, One, Elevation, With Or Without You, An Cat Dubh, Mofo.... damn tough choices!!

    Anyways, I look forward to seeing what people come up with!

  4. Just so everyone knows... I posted this at U2.com as well... But some people are trying to do it as one song off each album... It doesn't have to be that way and frankly makes it harder one yourself!!

    But all the same... bravo to those brave enough to try it at a song an album!!

    Oh I see that I was making mit myself it a little bit TOO difficult. I chose from every album one song. Now I see that that wasn't necessary.

  8. that's great Drew dude... shame you missed the point of the exercise but nice song selection all the same...

    I emailed a girlfriend of mine the challenge and I think she literally came to tears trying to find her choices!! Between songs like Stay and City of Blinding Lights being number 5 on their albums she nearly had a total fit!

    It is a fun exercise, i didn't mean it sarcastic I just thought that there was a rule that you have to mention one song per album, it was my mistake. Sorry about that!
