I went to see a production of this pre Achtung Baby the soundtrack was composed by Bono and Edge but only 1 track B-side to the Fly has ever seen the light of day as far as I am aware. I dont know if any of the performnances were recorded at all but I do remember some of the music being very different to what anyone would have expected from U2 as such at that time, however on hearing Achtung Baby, reading the book Until the end of The World and then hearing the outtakes from Berlin.
You can see it all fitting into place.
