Saw this list of samples U2 used over the years. Hadn't really realized how much there are. They even used the same sample on 2 different songs from the same album (Numb, Zooropa).
A few are lyrical 'samples' but most are direct 'lifts' from other artists, and then processed or not. Don't know if it was shared here but thought is was interesting:
