  1. Does anyone know what Bono and the Edge were doing or thinking here? It sounds awful and frightening.
    I think as March 17th gets closer, the worse and scarier the 40 SOS will be.

  7. I don't hate the music/instrumentation in that clip, but the vocal leaves a lot to be desired.

    I'm beating a dead horse at this point, but imagine if U2 had just straight up re-recorded the song (as in, the same arrangement/vibe as the original track) in 2022? Would've been cool beans.
  8. At first I thought it wasn't U2 at all because of the weird voice. What happened to the voice? That's completely wrong as if someone was drinking. Let see what's going to happen to us with 40 songs, SOS. That's not all.

    That’s what I was hoping for. Re-record the 40 year old stuff using 21st century technology instead of remastering and remastering or even this re-imagination. What I don’t get is that they would have never ever realeased ansong like this if it was an original track. So why are they doing this???
