  1. Obviously I'm aware this was filmed professionally and officially released... but has anyone got any audience recordings of this gig (audio or video)? This is my favourite U2 show ever and I'd love to hear a different version

  2. Yeah I enjoy stuff like that too, unfortunately standard audience recordings tend to get tossed if a really good soundboard or broadcast is available.
    I've got the Slane 1/9/01 audience and it's great to get a different recording.

    There is a TV version somewhere on the Internet I had it on VHS a few years ago it's a bit different to the version that made the official release in it Bono swears at the person shining a laser into his eyes ,another incident is him really going at some guy in the crowd during "Last night on earth" both were edited out of the DVD release.

    I remember watching that on PPV back in 97..ah the good old days. I have it on VHS
