You can do this via the "Shows" section mate. Click on the concert you were at then add yourself to attendees. For example if you click on my profile you can see all the shows I attended.

If you know which tours you attended, then head on over to the shows page: https://u2start.com/shows
From there, you can click on the tour logo icons at the top,

and this will present you with each of the shows that took place in that tour.

If you click on the show page you attended in that tour, there should be an "attendees" tab. You can click on the "Add me to You Too" button to mark yourself as an attendee.

The shows you attended should then appear on your profile, and you'll get some cool stats too.
