1. Ok, so I was lurking in the Photos section, specifically the Zoo TV Era, and I ran into this picture: https://u2start.com/photos/view/47155

    Do you notice anything special?
    Like the date?
    27 November... 1992 ?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    How?! I mean. What?!!!!
Was the date always wrong and I never noticed?

Of course I went to see a video to check.
The 'in-camera' graphics say 93. But surely they can change that in post-production or something, right?
Well, no, because in the un-edited version is there:

Was there the technology back then to change an image in the back, on the screen? Probably not. Because it says 93 there.

And then I see another picture from THE SAME GUY, in THE EXACT SAME POSITION... and it says 93: https://u2start.com/photos/view/47156

    Here's the photo album: https://u2start.com/photos/by-show-author/1062/drogba29

    I don't understand, man.
I feel like in the Twilight Zone.
so if @drogba29 is around, please explain.

(Maybe it was all plan to have someone catch this someday.)
  2. Not sure what all the excitement is about, honestly 🤷‍♂️
  3. "so if @drogba29 is around, please explain" ==> First of all I owe you nothing
I did not take this picture, received them from an Australian after a trade and someone here helped us to put them to the right concert.

Then it is not because in the "in camera" the "3" character is right that its treatment and broadcast to the screen can encounter an issue for a short frame cycle (I don't know the technology and the video standard used for the zooropa tour video screens)...it is not the twilight zone, in electronics there are plenty artifacts
  4. What is this all about??? The only thing is that it looks like 1992, cause of the reflection of Bono's jacket. Nothing more, nothing less
  5. yep - here's what you're not seeing (taking into account the distortion of the numbers)

  6. Can SydneyMike gives us a first hand account?
  7. An Optical Artifact, hope that will save the day of pepokiss
