i just downloaded the first elevation show from florida... awesome show!!!! it's just lacking in the bass department... is there a program i could download where i can boost the bass a bit??
you know what's amazing? i absolutely cannot listen to an otherwise landmark bootleg if the bass isn't heavy enough! (this includes elevation cleveland and new york 10-25; cannot listen to either start-to-finish). for some reason it's just a deal-breaker for me.
i don't know if there are any programs tailored towards bass-boosting, but i hear winamp has an absolutely incredible equalizer if you use windows. i'm a mac user, so i use itunes, and i like their equalizer as well. maybe you could flip around presets or take a few minutes and create your own??
In your sound properties, if you use Windows go to Control Panel and see if there's some sort of Audio Deck type application to enhance the sound, change it to Loud or Powerful. On Start > Control Panel > Audio HQ/Audio Deck/Realtek HD/Sound Effect Manager.
I love the almost bass free bootlegs,it allows me to play my bass along to the whole concert.You guy's should go buy a bass and learn the songs,you'll love it.You'll enjoy the songs even more than you do now.
