    I don't think that that's the reason. There are more than enough arenas in Europe with more than enough capacity. Just take a look at the 2nd leg of the Elevation tour. And that's 6 years ago. In the mean time there are even more new arenas built with capacities up to 50.000. ...

    I think it's a question of green again...
