Hey yann, unless you have ISDN or another kind of slow internet connection, torrenting is not that difficult to handle/to get into it
Just get yourself a download client like azureus or utorrent and install it. then get an account at u2torrents.com (it's free), make some space on your harddrive, and download the torrentfile. after you open it, you are asked where to download it on your pc - it's all pretty selfexplanatory actually.
the only thing that might be a bit bothering is when there're no seeders (users that have the complete file and are sharing it on the tracker) or only little seeders. the less seeders, the slower the download is = the longer it takes until it's complete.
