  1. The new U2start is coming in a few weeks, in fact, the website itself is already finished. Still there's a lot of work to do for me like optimizing pages, speed things up, get us a new header, create conversion scripts etc.

    But, during that time, I can use some help to get this site where we want it. I'm looking for the following fans:

    1) Crew members
    The crew will be expanded on the new U2start, myself, Zooropa431 and the upcoming LikeASong will not make it with the coming of much new content and submissions etc. I'm looking for two or maybe three die-hard U2 fans who are familiar with U2start, know how this site works and visit this site (almost) on a daily basis. Things you can do then:
    - Moderate the forums (move/close/open topics)
    - Warn users and/or ban users
    - Review submitted content like audio material or photos and add it to our website if necessary
    - Assist people with trouble in the SIAM forum
    - Take care of the modification of rating of bootlegs or new sources
    And maybe add some new content once in a while. You can send your application to: remy [at] u2start.com.

    2) Translations
    As some of you might already know the new U2start will become available in different languages, currently the English, Spanish, Italian and Dutch languages are supported. I'd love to have a German and/or French translation too, maybe some fans can help me with those (or with any other language you might think is usefull). You can find me at: remy [at] u2start.com.

  3. You're doing great things Remy. I gladly want to be a crew-member, because I visit this place at least twice a day, but when school starts I'm too busy to control all these things. So, if you are in desperate need sometime, you can add me.

  5. keep me in mind to. I could easily do the majority of what you require for a crew member so if ever it gets too busy then let me know

  8. Like MWSAH I cannot do all those things during winter days. I will be very busy during the next months, because I will begin university...
    Anyway I'm very happy for the contribution I'm giving with the traslation. In general I'm very happy to be an active element of this site, and... if I could, you know I would become a member of the crew.
