1. hey guys...

the Denver show from the Joshua Tree has outstanding quality... does anyone else agree that it probably has better sound quality than the live songs from Rattle & Hum??? it definitely has a stronger bass...

personnaly i think it is awesome and better than R&H!!! great performance too!!!

probably the best SB i have ever heard!!

  2. I still wonder who remastered it..sounds great indeed.
  3. are you talking about the 1987-11-07 or the 1987-11-08 show?

The soundboard then. Dont think it beats the quality of an official live release though it is a great soundboard
  6. well i agree with colbourne 25
i think the sound on rattle and hum is not so good as the soundboard recording ...
for me this is the best josha tree tour bootleg !!!

Im agreeing with my fellow countryman on this one. I have ripped the audio from the DVD, and it is much better than the bootleg audio quality.

  9. Cheers Robbie. on the same note though I prefer the audio from The RDS Zooropa show than on the Sydney DVD

Kinda. Its a matter of taste whether you like the soundboard sound (Denver) or Broadcasts (Dublin) or official releases (Sydney and R&H). I always prefer broadcasts and Officail releases to soundboards hence i'd take Dublin over Sydney but to make things straight i'm not saying that The R&H DVD has better audio 'quality' than the Denver boot it is just my strong opinion that the DVD is better and much more to my taste.

And the other goood thing about DVD rips is that you can visualise the show as you are listening.
  12. Nothing beats a official release, just because ANY remestering done by fans (wether sound experts or not) beat a remastering done by the best sound experts of the world. However, the Denver 87 boot has an outstanding quality...

And about Germcevoy, I can not decide between Dublin and Sydney 93. Impossible for me...
Not only sound quality is awesome in both boots, but also the performance quality is amazing.
