1. While I havent check the bootleg avaialbe on this site, I am pretty sure that 2-star rating means that this is not the recording which I recently discovered at http://www.justinscdrtrading.com/u2/u2bootlegs2.html. He says there are 3 versions of this bootleg, and ours is most likely the worst one - Long Island On Fire.

Does anybody happen to have the recording of this show named Love, Pride and the IRA, or even better, named Uniondale 3-4-85??

Many people know the JustinCdrTrading web, and I have to say that he is not 100% accurate. His rates are ususally too high, so don't put all your hopes in his information.
Take a look to www.achtungbootlegs.com, THT is accurate.

Why would you rate achtungbootlegs accuracy higher than Justin's? Both are highly subjective. Justin's page has the advantage that ratings are made by one person only, achtungbootlegs has more details. I'd use both plus some other pages to get an impression on what is out there.

Of course. I do contrast from 3 or 4 trade pages, plus Justin, plus AchtungBoots.
I have Justin in my Internet Explorer Favorites tool, and I visit it usually. He has samples of many concerts, so I can know if I should get it or not. Useful!
But AchtungBoot has working screenshots (most of the screenshots hosted by Justin have expired), lineage info (always), etc etc etc.
  5. Strange, I havent noticed any samples available on his site for download.

It's just, actually Uniondale 85-04-03 does not exist on achtungbootlegs in any form. U2Hub provides again only the worst version Long island on fire (although it DOES contain screens for Love, Pride and the IRA version). Seems a bit strange to me, I thought nowadays all versions of all bootlegs must be circulating in the Internet.

Nowhere near. There are tons of boots that aren't available online for different reasons. But more and more shows up, that's true.

yeah theres 2 Unforgettable Fire boots recorded in Birmingham that have never surfaced. I want em
  8. So what if I want to get this show from this Justin? How can I trade, if I am 100% sure he's got all the bootlegs that I have (especiialy lossless)?
  9. You can always try and ask him for a B&P. I think Jason isn't even trading anymore, though. So you might want to try and find another person with the recording you're looking for...
  10. Im sorry, but what is B&P?

send him the blank disc, he'l burn the material for you then post it back to you but you'l have to cover postage costs. Blanks and Postage I thinks its called
  12. Blanks and Postage - you send blank discs and return postage to someone. He copies the wanted show(s) to your blanks and sends them back to you. A good way to start a collection for someone without broadband internet.
