1. The Boss....or Mellencamp (I'm from Indiana, what do you expect?)
  2. Gotta go with The Boss.
  3. Bon Jovi obviously. They are on the "sometimes associated" list.
  4. The Boss every time.

Although I have no idea at all what Heartland rock is, so I'll have to check out the Wikipedia page...
  5. Anyone know a good bootleg site for The Boss?
  6. The Boss and Tom Petty for me, as a genre, I'm not a huge fan of it at all.
  7. Bryan Adams..
  8. I'd have to say Bryan Adams, followed by Bruce Springsteen and then Bon Jovi. This is the first time I've ever heard of Heartland Rock, but there sure are some good artists in the genr.

So essentially, it's about working life in America?
  9. If they qualify then I'm going to have to add Bryan Adams and Bon Jovi (although, for me, not so much the newer stuff).

I saw Bryan live last year and he was really very good.
  10. What do yoy think the best song in the genre is? I'd say Atlantic City by The Boss. Also, for some odd reason fuckin republicans always try unsucusefully to use songs by these artist as campaign themes.

This rocked up version is better.
