Im going to Chicago, Raleigh and Tampa and want to record the video. I dont know what flash video recorder to buy. I want to make sure the zoom is good enough and is the built in mic capable, but also I dont want something so big I might not be able to get it in. The video on youtube has been amazing this tour and was wondering what these guys were using. Any advice?

I think any proper HD-camera with a respectable lens can do the job. Only matter for gigs is the size of it. Look for Panasonic, Sony, Canon or JVC for the best cameras.
