I'm downloading and trying to open a bootleg -
2009-07-25_-_Dublin__Ireland.part1.rar

how do I open it and get it to play using itunes?

look up RAR expander. that will solve your problems. simply expand and add to Itunes

Stuffit Expander has been working great for me, so it's another option.

Stuffit will work for a Mac. You need both parts of the file.
