  1. Dear all, I was wondering how to convert an avi file to MPEG, VCD or DVD. It is video, of course. Anybody can help me? Thanks in advance!

    If you're running Mac then you can use iSquint, a conversion program:-

    www.isquint.org/

    It will even make it iPod sized if you want and is fairlyidiot-proof; I've managed to use it fine!

    Less knowledgeble if you're running a PC I'm afraid but this link may help:-
