If I don't remember bad he speaks about Dublin; he says something about the boring politicians, the unimaginative architects, etc. He says that everyone wants to live the American Way of life, but him. For Bono, Dubliner's way is much better than American's one, and the people in the Point Depot seems to agree with him...
