    What did you make of Stranded (Haiti Mon Amour)?
    - Brilliant, given it was written in a day
    - It's OK, it's a charity song, lot's can be forgiven
    - Utter rubbish, I hate it
    - I really like the bits that don't have Jay-Z in them
    - I really like the bits that don't have Bono in them
    - Edge's guitar is great but nothing else works for me
    - I didn't hear it

  3. Another song that relies on the vocals of some wonderfully talented singer (and Bono) to make up for the white noise that is rapping. Belongs in a land fill although I do appreciate its significance.
  4. Although I agree slightly with every option, I had to choose that it was just OK, but I appreciate that its' a charity song. The fact that it was written in one day DOES surprise me, but by no means do I think it's brilliant.
  5. Voted the exact same way anf for the exact same reason: I've listened to the studio version a couple of times and I'm getting used to the song. Doesn't mean I like it. Bono is still hardly audible. But the fact that it is written is such a hurry and that it's a song for a good cause.........ah well, it's been said many times before.
  6. I've actually gone for brilliant. (Given it was written in a day). I like Jay-Z's rap and like Bono's chorus. Edge's guitar at the end is great too.

    So fair play to them. I'd be disappointed if that was on an album, but given it's not, it's fine.

    It could have been brilliant when it was all U2 and Not a collaboration with others..

    Stil, a nice promo-cd from ebay would be a nice addition to my collection.
