The Torrent section has been quite a success. We see new users uploading torrents and we already have a nice collection of torrents. We can only thank you all for making it work!
It took a bit longer than we expected, life can get in the way of things. But with pleasure we can announce that the Torrent section has been upgraded!
Comments
From the beginning Comments functionality was requested by several members. Now we have comments!
Other (related) sources
Most of us are interested in the best recording of a specific show. Now we list all others shows, with samples if available, to make it easier to decide which source you want to download.
Statistics
See how much data is uploaded / downloaded during the last week.
Even faster
We did our best to make the torrent section a bit faster. Access to 1800 torrents from our site and others in just a matter of seconds!
For the curious members between us
You can now easily see the ratio and other basic statistics of others on their profile page.
We did not plan to support comments, but you guys made us change our minds. So go have a look in the Torrent section and let us know what you think! We still have some ideas to improve this fairly new section, but we all know the only ideas that matter are the ones really using the site
Right now, the only U2 stuff I might care to get, is new stuff (Spiderman, new album, ...) or uncirculated recordings from 80-83 and 92-98. You'll probably not find these on the tracker here- that's why I don't use it
Besides, if I wanna download something from U2t or TTD, I just go to the sites and get their full functionality. Don't need everything in one place.
i might throw something up here from time to time, though.
Fair explanation, fed my curiosity quite well About the U2Torrents/DIME/TTD lists: its just a list with links. Nothing more nothing less. It helps people finding shows they normally wouldnt
Glad to hear its not a personal / principal issue with our tracker
