Volume equalizing

Does anyone know of a program I can use to equalize the volume of this version of "Boy Falls From The Sky"?

iTunes has a built in equalizer that you can modify per song, save the preset, and select that song to play under that preset equalization. If not I'm sure Audacity could do the trick?
