  1. I think it's awesome that the Top 10 most popular shows are available (all time, highest rated, 24 hours). It would be absolutely INCREDIBLE if there was a feature where you could click on one of those links and have an extension of that (to Top 25, 50 maybe, I dunno). Just because I know there's a ton of great stuff out there; it's just tough to distinguish what's the next best after getting the "classics" (New Years Concert, Slane, Zoo TV Dublin, etc.)
  2. I don't think that many users have filled their lists to generate a top 50, it wouldn't come further than maybe 20 or so at the moment Future plans!
  3. How about a listing for most downloaded shows per tour ? Top 10 lists ever per user will always be different because of circumstance.ie a show attended or great recording or great performance by band & or member.I got the matrix of New York Elevation 2001-10-25 last week & can't stop playing it so the temptation to put it in the Top 10 list for me is there.

    Or a poll to find a users personal best show per tour,or a Desert Island Bootleg,the one show you could never be without? I'll start........

  4. im hearing an awful lot about this cleveland show from the elevation tour and i think its about time i downloaded it.
    but to answer your question about a desert island bootleg im going to have to go with slane - elevation tour.
    a truly magical show.

    Thanks for all the suggestions, I'll add it to my wishlist. I'll spend a few weeks on U2start around the summer to develop some cool new stuff and I'm sure things like this will be included!
  7. Remy,I think maybe from your perspective the saying "All Suggestions Welcome" will be welcome.To improve an already comprehensive,very friendly & enjoyable website will take some beating though,you really have a GREAT website here with everything you could want.

    New Thread Section ? Suggestion Box.........(obviously suggestions within reason with time restraints,bandwith,capabilities etc....).

    That's why I don't want to have another section for it, wishlists could go on and on on that way I had a nice list myself including things like private messaging. And I want my own upload space for all the bootlegs, I'm thinking about asking a few dollars to people who're interested and after paying they will be able to download all the shows they want without any speed or other limit from our own server.

    And on my todo list is a new audio section (which I started working on a few months ago) with room for soundchecks, remixes and things like that.

    2007 will be a great U2start year!

  10. yeah, this site is incredible.

    1. i've been too intimidated to start collecting and trading "real" CD bootlegs. seasoned traders just frighten the hell out of me with strict rulebooks the size of the constitution.

    2. i've considered bittorrent but the upload / download ratio seems like a royal pain to maintain

    3. most importantly, i've downloaded a couple shows i expected to be awesome but didn't like that much. had i gotten them via trading or bittorrent i would have wasted a LOT of energy and time.
