6 days before U2's next single Electrical Storm comes out, U2 have decided to tour again to promote the Electrical Storm Tour, the tour will run from December of 2002 through August of 2004, the first leg will start in the UK Arenas the first show will begin on December 13, 2002 through March 14, 2003. the second leg in the spring will begin in the US Arenas on March 22, 2003 through June 18, 2003. the Third Leg will also be in UK Stadiums in the summer on June 26, 2003 through September 4, 2003 the fourth leg will begin back in the US Arenas in the fall from September 16, 2003 through November 30, 2003, the fifth leg will be in Brazil, Mexico, Australia, Japan, Africa, The Phillipines and India in the winter of December 9, 2003 through April 8, 2004, and the last leg will be in US Arenas and Stadiums from Late April 29, 2004 through August 2, 2004. Before they tour, of course there will be promo tours for the show. It's also rumoured that there will be some new songs that U2 have been working on, U2 have also talked about a "Full Metal Jacket" Album that will likely come out in the Fall of 2004, And in their breaks on the tour, the band will resume recording their new album. Their first Promo Tour will begin on the Jay Leno Show on October 21, 2002 right after the single comes out, there is also rumoured to be some special free concerts similar to 2000's All That You Can't Leave Behind Promo Tour. Also some surprises that have not been heard since the 1980s through the Late 1990s as well. So we will have the tour report right now.
