1. Who has never attended a U2-concert and is planning to do so with the next tour?

I do, unfortunately I really discovered the live-music of U2 when the Elevation was almost over, I missed the Vertigo-tour in Amsterdam because all three concerts were sold out within 1,5 hour...And now I always listen to the live concerts, imagine that I'm a part of the crowd, closing my eyes..it's fantastic in my dreams, so how will it be when I'm finally there!?

Yesterday evening, I was listening to the Milan concert on my MP-3 player...volume at 100% and just enjoy it all..lovely, and I can't wait to finally attend a concert. I must do it in my life, and I hope it will with the next tour.. Anyone else?

    me to mate.
when they announced a third croke park show on the vertigo tour i was all set to sleep in the streets to queue for a ticket - i would have done anything for a ticket to see that show.
but alas they the secretly went on sale on a saturday and sold out in 3 hours.
    i was totally devastated!
  3. me neither. I have +1000 live tracks, all of their DVDs. Cannot wait for next tour- will def see them at MSG
  4. Oh yes, guys. I am among those who can't wait for the next tour! And moreover I have never attended any U2 live show, so I really can't wait!!!!!
I'm sure it will be the best experience of my whole life! No doubt about that!
I hope they will not make us wait too long for the next tour, but I realistically think that before 2008.... nothing.

Let's listen to the bootlegs for the moment....

I think their next album will be 2008. A simple explanation:

    - Pop was released in 1997
    - All that You Can't Leave Behind at the end of 2000
    - HTDAAB end off 2004(at least here in Holland)

So the next one will be released in 2008 or so. They work on a album for 4 years, and because the Vertigo-tour was very long and exciting, I think we'll have to wait at least a year from now. But I don't care..Working longer for a album means that the quality of the songs is good.

If you're right about this "Theory of the four years" (;) ) I think that the next album will be released after a bit more, maybe in the second half of 2008, both for the Vertigo Tour (that has been very long) and for the recent release of U218 Singles, which contain also one new song (one-and-half with The Saints Are Coming).
    We can only wait...
  7. Things you can't die without doing (Things to make and do):
    - Visit Istambul [DONE]
    - Having a baby
    - To plant a tree [DONE]
    - Listening live-in-Anfield to Liverpool's crowd singin' "You'll never walk alone"
    (...)
    - Attending U2 Live [DONE!!!]

So, you HAVE to mark with a [DONE] the last field, it's the most important and neccesary!! It doesn't matter, two years, four... You really HAVE TO.

I really hope you to see U2 live, I know you'll not be dissapointed

    See ya'
  8. I've seen em live but I completely understand, downloading their live songs is very addictive and they have done so many good versions of their songs. Many of my mp3 player songs are of them live

Looking forward to 2008..when I finally will meet U2..Live!

He's referring to ATTEND A CONCERT, he has not managed nothing with U2. He thinks there will be a tour in 2008, and that's what I was referring in my last message! I also hope a tour in 2008, but I think it won't be.
