Originally posted by RemyYeah the Vertigo version was as worse as it can be, with the 'oooooneee oooonee oooone' ending, how pathetic is that! They really should stop performing the song in future tours, it's best time is ended a long time ago.

But I think that it's neccesary to hear... Perhaps in a stadium is not the rightest place, but at least it is something.

Yeah, at my 2 concerts One was the most boring song of the evening, the most worse song of all. Though the phone moment was cool the song sucked. I always skip One when I'm listening to a bootleg, it has nothing special IMHO.
Originally posted by MWSAHOne is a very very very good song...actually, it could be their best. Awesome lyrics, awesome sounds...just brilliant.
Originally posted by theedge123I can't stand One in live, overplayed for me, the only good versions are Mexico, Sydney and the orchestral version on the Miss Sarajevo single. I prefer way better the album version.
Originally posted by rmann83The song has a very powerful message and the boys are trying to use that message and that melody and that attachment people have with it to bring out a message of injustice in the world. And why not? When you hear the speeches Bono gives, it only seems detract people who just want him to shut up and sing. And I for one, don't. Yeah he rambles sometime but he's got a message that he doesn't want people to miss.
