OK..short story...I'm getting married in three weeks and I've been thinking about the wedding ceremony entrance song..
My main options are
1)Love is all we have left --> Ultraviolet
2)Streets...
now...the studio version is overproduced....I would love to have a long live intro (like in the JT 1987 ERA)...the JT 2017 is also great but...I can't find a decent recording without bono's talk about Dr King etc....
3)Elevation tomb Raider mix
4)Love is all we have left --> best thing...(somehow pop....dunno)
5)Even better than the real thing (Fish Out Of Water Remix)
6)Zoo Station
7)Lucifer Hands (the long intro version that's on youtube)
8)The Miracle (Of Joey Ramone) ...it starts really nice..but slows down after 30 sec...
9)Love is bigger than anything in its way beck remix
10)Out of control
By fav one is the Love is all we have left --> Ultraviolet but I'm open to other options/ideas...
so...what do you think?
Which one would you choose?
Any other ideas?
I've actually thought about this before (even though marriage for me is a loooooong way off ) and last year I made an MLK/Streets segue which I'm pretty happy with. But I guess it depends how many people at your wedding actually like U2. If there's loads of fans there then a kick ass Segue into Streets as your intro would blow the roof off.
Elevation 2001 intro would be a good shout too, or something like this Beautiful Day intro .
I'm sorry, but as an opener to the ceremony I wouldn't chose any of the suggestions. Go with the advice of Sydney_Mike in my opinion and close the ceremony with Beautiful Day
