I thought we already had a topic for this particular hero of mine but it seems we didn't.
His former bands (The Frames and The Swell Season) are also incredible. Highly recommended if you don't know them!
I saw him a couple of years back at my favorite venue in Madrid and it was fucking epic. Had the chance to talk to him afterwards, including a tiny bit about U2 when he saw my Joshua Tree t-shirt. He refused to sign my guitar, he said it was too precious to ruin it with a signature
Originally posted by LikeASong:Glen has a new album out: Didn't He Ramble. A bit more relaxed than his first solo album (Rhythm And Repose, which was incredible) but still full of great songs and lyrics.
"When you sing, you have to open yourself up, you have to be raw. And you have to reveal yourself, and sometimes it's very difficult for me to listen to that back, because it might not be as macho as you see yourself."

Larry's tattoo from the Songs of Innocence album is based on Native American mythology, it's the Pawnee tribe and it's a symbol of protecting the innocence. He got it done when his son, Elvis, was in the womb.
