This is like an experienced version of a WAR song. Edge's backing vox are like his on seconds.
I though this exactly when listening last night. It would not seem out of place on the War album.
  2. Ooooooh.....different enough. Love the manic instrumentation on it.

Why does this sound like Rejoice somewhat.
  3. It’s sounds so good ..., very early 80’s u2 down to the ending
    Love it
  4. Opening riff reminded me of one of their early demos - had to go searching for it, but I think it's similar to the riff in Trevor:
  5. I'm still in love with this song. Can't stop listening to it
  6. Amazing work from Larry on this song, the whole band really, it's like everything I've heard by U2 before and nothing all at the same time.

So much attitude, ballsy, funky, driving, haunting vocals.

Bono's wailing of 'No' is so good, reminds me of 80s Bono.
  7. this song sounds so different. love it..!
  8. Absolutely love this song.....but do worry that Bono doesn’t respect the power of the ocean
  9. This should've been a single.

Could've done well. So much better than The Best Thing, GOOYOW, The Blackout.
  10. Agreed totally. And second single summer of love.

Anyway who cares right? Singles are for non-u2 fans
  11. I'm terrible at understanding what the people is singing when they sing in spanish, much less in english.

So, if someone could post lyrics to the new songs, it'll be much appreciated
  12. I love the line "Showman! Oh no, Red Flag Day, sorry."
