This tour is for Australia/NZ/Asia who haven't had concerts since 2010!
This tour is not for US/Europe who have had the opportunity to see them 3 times in the last 4 years.
If you are rich enough to travel to these shows, good for you but don't expect dramatically different setlists. You know they don't do things this way. This is a short tour, why shouldn't they take it easy like a paid vacation and just make minimal changes to the JT setlist and maybe change a few songs at the beginning and end?
I'm just saying don't be surprised and don't moan about it when inevitably the setlists are boring to you since you've been listening to so many shows on Mixlr and Periscope all this time and/or attending shows.
I for one and thrilled for the Australian/NZ and Asian fans who get to see our boys again. They deserve it, and any show they get, it's going to be 100% new to THEM!
My only complaint about this tour is that the shows will be super early morning for me, so there's little chance I will be able to listen. I need my sleep. But thankfully we have U2start so I can listen to the shows later.
Lurker mode back on...
