  2. Probably my favourite instrumentation on the record, although the riff is great on guitar it is a lot prettier toned down, the melody is really allowed to shine.

My appreciation of this version of Invisible on SOS is GREATLY enhanced by the version in the ASOH D+ documentary…the joy of the performances with Glen Hansard in both the theater and particularly at the pub with Letterman are SO joyful and fun and I absolutely hear that emotion when I listen to the album track now. Weird, but true.

    I need more Glen Hansard + U2 collaborations.
