1. My favourite of all the 40 songs' snippet.
  2. It’s not a bad clip, but I think that it’s because this is the best song U2 has written since Moment of Surrender, not because the reworked track is that special.
  3. Ok, I'm ready to get flamed for this:

I don't get the hype for this song, not the original nor the reworked SOS version.

  4. Another nearly song. Like Moment of Surrender.
  5. I *mostly* agree. The song isn’t even a top three from SoE for me - but I have to admit, sometimes (hehe) those lyrics really hit hard.
  6. The surrounding songs on SOE make this sound much better than it actually is. So while I don’t think it’s bad at all, it’s definitely way overrated imo.
  7. It’s like Landlady, a middle of the road track until the second half elevates it somewhere else.

I certainly think it’s overrated. It’s not my fave from SOE by any means.
  9. Never got it too, but to me the SOS version actually sounds like a fresh reinterpretation rather than a 'deconstruction'
  10. Little Things is a relatively new song in the catalogue. I don't think it needed reimagining just yet. I suppose it was an easy one to do,.

I agree. Plus we have the Spotify singles version. It's like Every Breaking Wave, unless the lyrics are different I'm disappointed that there is another version on this list. Unless the versions are different...which I suppose they might be since we haven't heard the whole thing. Oh well... I also like that they still like their new songs.
