Apart that they both sound like they just woke up from a comma, I don't see the similarity.

Not sure if it was for the same reasons but how the hell did Led Zeppelin win their Stairway to Heaven case a few years back but Radiohead lost theirs to ~~Steven Stills~~ Graham Nash & Co?

Regarding the law suit, pretty interesting to hear them suing for infringement about a song of theirs that they despise.
