How was Chris this time around?
  3. 12/10, Sir. Superb voice, 3 hours each show, great mood in the audience. Setlists, handshake, and great venues & cities visited
Just had to sell my two shows for next week but the December show in A'dam is still awaiting

Over the years I took my parents to several concerts, when I had tour passes for Maffay and Lindenberg (note: 2 very successful German singers) and I'm so glad I did. My dad passed away last year suddenly and I would have regretted it, if I'd never taken him to see these guys he really liked for so many decades.

My mom is not so much of a concert goer actually, but in the end, she is having a good time and enjoys it. We saw the Kelly Family last year and will see them again this year (honestly she is the only one who'd come with me lol) and she is having fun, and that's all that matters.
I went to Howard in 2015 with her and he took a stroll through the arena, passing her just a foot or two away, and honestly - her face at this moment was the best thing I ever saw. I hope he does this again this time, and I can snap a picture of them.

Your parents always did their best to make you happy, so do your best to make THEM happy. That's your only really important duty in this life.
  9. Amen to that comment. My parents always wanted to see the Edinburgh Military Tattoo but that's expensive and hard to do from the other side of the world when you're elderly. So when replica shows were announced for Sydney, this year, including a life size facade of Edinburgh Castle, I didn't hesitate to buy them tickets and take them. They're both around 80 and it was still an effort to get them there but seeing the joy they got from that evening is a memory I will treasure. As you say, it's about giving back for all they did.
  10. Going to see The Script at 3Arena Dublin in march.
  11. 14/02 OMD Brussels
    03/03 Inhaler Antwerp
    24/03 Pentatonix Brussels
    10/06 Rammstein Oostende
  12. Going to see Slipknot in January and Beth Hart in February. Both in Glasgow. Can't wait!
