Someone found this on another U2 forum, it's a compilation of when U2 visited BBC in the 80's. About an hour long, starts about 4 minutes in, here's a list of what's played:

  2. Part 2 on Radio 2 next Tues 10pm according to my tivo box.
Lets hope they play the whole of Bad from Live Aid as i remember them it in 1995 to mark Live Aid's 10 anniversary.
  3. That's great! Yeah that'd be awesome. I'm really digging this compilation a lot!
  4. Listened to it yesterday... Very good!
  5. For those of you not in a supported iPlayer area/ interested in listening to this after it expires in a few days, I recorded it all and uploaded it here.
  6. Recorded it all? Man, there's simpler ways of getting around iPlayer
  7. I'm in Canada and I was able to listen to it, so I'm assuming it's fine for everyone, but I could be wrong! I know not much is new but it's just a nice hour of nostalgic U2 material. I loved the recordings of Boy/Girl and I Will Follow, hadn't heard those before and thought they were some of the best I've ever heard of those songs. Not to mention some of those Bono interviews are awesome! The one where he's talking and Ali rings the doorbell was great

  8. Not for radio shows as I understand it. You can't download them, and I couldn't find any web page media scanners that would pick it up.

All the old methods don't seem to work anymore, plus it gave me a decent excuse to set aside an hour and listen to it all.

Not even get_iplayer works? I've never needed nor wanted to use it for radio, but it works a treat for TV.
  10. I tried to get it on my PC with sound softwares, i did not succeed at all
