Only hoping that they not make this (same) mistake about the residences.
IIRC they make in NY 8 shows in a row?
The next question is that will they playing in arenas along in stadiums?
I don't know, but in think when they releasing SOE in this fall, there's not Innocence tour more like Experience tour 2018, but we will find out in the next 4-5 months.

Well, now... Since Craig Evans tweeted they are still working on South American dates I wonder how this plays out. Will they have the energy to play all through the fall, get the album out before Christmas and then hit the road with SOE in Spring of 2018? I'm thinking now if they do TJT30 in SA in fall, then SOE tour comes next summer and not spring...

When he said they were working on South American dates did he specifically mention the Joshua Tree tour? I'm thinking if not then maybe the tour to support SOE will kick off in South America next year but I've not read the tweet.

Seems more plausible. Leg 3 could start in SA then Leg 4 NA. Leg 5 Europe and Leg 6 Rest of the world.

Not specifically no... but everything thing else in the tweet was alluding to TJT....
  6. I suppose it's ok either way, I really want SOE to be released this year but I can live with them not touring it til a bit later to fit in South American JT shows. Plus it will give me more time to save especially if they don't come to Scotland.

The way I see it, the longer into 2018 the SOE tour starts, the more sheckles saved for the show.

If they extend JT through fall, I can still see them getting album out late fall and then beginning tour summer of 2018. Who knows, maybe even spring... I just don't see them having the stamina to finish tour late fall, lay low for the holidays and then bounce right back into it in spring...
  8. Are we forgetting that the band in the latest Q&A online session confirmed no other JT shows were going to happen? O'Seary told Billboard that "I wish we could go everywhere", practically confirming that. That, for me, carries more weight than the 1876th rumor in twitter that South American dates are imminent.

I'm still with you, Cesar. Craig Evans is a little more than SA fan sites. Maybe he was alluding to SA for SOE and I just took it out of context because everything else he mentioned related to TJT.

Yes, I think we're in the same page. South American SOE dates? More than likely, but they'll go to North America first... and Europe... again.
JT shows? I don't think so.
