    Nice! (x2)
  2. I am very sorry to say, but the next to the fact service of Spreadshirt is terrible U2start is only in it for the finnacial benefit and not invested of willing to help out a fan with a problem with Spreadshirt. Although they promote the shits very active on the U2start website.
This is not the behaviour one should expect from fan to fan

  4. The service of Spreadshirt is phenomenal. If you don't get what you want, they will send you a replacement for free and you keep the original shirt.
  5. Well , in that case you are very lucky.
That is the kind of service a good company should provide.

This is not my experience with them at the moment.
They are not interested in solving this what so ever.
  6. And i had hoped for some support of U2start
  7. 1) We only design the t-shirts and put them for sale through an external service since we can't make them ourselves. Spreadshirt is a worldwide leader in this matter since many years ago and their customer service is superb and has been stated plenty of times in all our tees' threads like the ones you can read here: Shirts of Innocence and #U240 shirts. There you'll see dozens of happy customers, whether their order was dispatched flawlessly (by far the most usual scenario) or whether they had any problem (most often, sizing issues; less often, delivery issues). Their CS service is faultless.

    2) We aren't Spreadshirt's support service. We can only advice but our reach is very limited since they are the ones managing the whole process and we only upload our designs.

    3) You are OH so wrong assuming we have a "financial benefit" from selling the tees. Reality is far from that.

We’re aiming for a new collection and working on it and I hope it pans out. Thanks!
  10. Will there gonna be 'Shirts of Experience' as well?
