  4. I emailed them a few weeks ago and got a response within 12 hours. They mentioned unforeseen delays and that i should expect an email when it ships. Still waiting on said email.

  12. I think they only send emails to those in the US. I did got an email but then you need to have UPS My Location or so activated.
