  2. It could a live DVD. You never know. Maybe the DVD has dried up to the point where releasing it commercially is a good idea.
  3. Received mine over the weekend.
    Fun gift, but would have been great if they also included the original B-sides from the singles.
  4. They were released on the JT30 Super Deluxe last June.
  5. Still not received the Vinyls. Ordered 4th May 2017. Here is the latest email response
    Thank you for emailing us. We apologize for the delay in replying back. We will be glad to review your email today. We are sorry to hear that you have yet to receive the merchandise associated your fan club membership. We did some research. We see that you purchased a 2017-2018 gift package (fan club memberships made/renewed from November 2017 and later). These packages will be shipped later in 2018 to the below address.



    We also see that you purchased a package that consist of the 2018 gift. The 2018 gift has yet to be announced. Gifts tend to be officially announced in April or May of the year. Gifts then have to be produced. Later in the year, orders are processed and shipped.



    We have no communication with the warehouse. We are not sure about their protocol on fulfillment of orders and do apologize for any inconvenience experienced, due to the delay in fulfillment.

  8. yes, but mark my words, if they announce a JT gift, someone will bitch about getting another JT related gift and that U2 are milking the Tree.
  9. I send them an e-mail yesterday, here's their response:

    Hi Maarten,

    Thank you for reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you're having issues. Not to worry, I am more than happy to further review and see if I am able to assist in any way.

    Looking at your gift status I see that it shipped out on 3/1/2018. As you are an international fan it can take 6-8 weeks to arrive to you due to customs checks and such. If not received within this time frame to the address on file, please let us know. Here is the address we have on file:

    So I will receive it soon I suppose!!

    And here's their response for the 2018 gift:

    As for the 2018 gift, that has yet to be announced. Once the new gift is announced, production will begin shortly after and shipping information will be released.

  10. What an absolute car crash of a gift this has been
  11. They got back to me and offered to replace my set, but also couldn't offer any help at all regarding the second subscription I purchased through Ticketmaster.

    I appreciate their offer and will take them up on it and just quit my bitching and let this all go. Every subscription I've bought has been influenced by presale access; after pulling GAs for opening night of this tour without any presale help at all, I don't think I'll ever renew my subscription again after this ordeal.

    Oh well.
