  1. Wow, what a mix. Well done The final part reminds me of the Apollo multicam I did, have you seen it? It's also great that you only kept the true colour in that final part, it adds a lot.

It's always funny to see your own footage being used in a multicam and re-live the moment through others' "eyes" too

Thank you for your nice words & support. I actually haven't seen the Apollo Show yet. I used to be able to keep up with everything U2 before my daughter was born but now I'm always trying to grab time to see what I've missed. I've only seen a few snipits / clips from the Apollo Show so I'll have to sit down & watch it in full properly. I'll certainly take a look at the Multicam Part you mention that you did. I just edited the one from Dublin the way that I did from the feel / tempo of the music building towards the end - sort of artistic / instinctual etc.. If you did the same sort of edit, we're probably alike in some ways creatively (or great minds think alike..No I'm too humble to say that . I love watching muticams created by others (when I can!) because it is good to see what other editors do & can do with footage & what direction they take a video in. It can be very refreshing, stimulating & inspiring. I love editing - really enjoy it - always learning. The technology is great these days. When I think of the pain I used to go through with my older computers from many years ago - it would take an eternity to create a multicam in the old days
  3. Here's one of my favorite Achtung Baby songs. A Multicamera Mix of Acrobat live from Monday Nov 5th 2018 in the 3Arena Dublin. Nice audio to go with this.

Hope you enjoy the energy, darkness, passion & rawness the band give in this version.

    All my best,

wow....simply amazing work. Love the fact its in black and white aswell
  7. You're very welcome. Just mixing it up a little with the Black & White. Appreciate its not everyone's taste & I probably wouldn't do a whole show like that but it just keeps it a little different or interesting for some songs & the mood of this one seemed to work with it. Hope all is well with you - I'm sure you're very busy with your own projects. All the best.
  8. LOL, just when I did it too We're professional procrastinators!
  9. Absolutely brilliant - some really beautifully framed shots in there. You can feel that atmosphere. Love some of the band / Edge through the crowd type shots. Thanks so much for sacrificing some of your concert time (probably a lot of it!) to take these special memories. Cheers
  10. You guys really know how to use your equipment! Thank you. Its lovely to relive through the pictures - works of art! Well done

All is good, still compiling raw footage,as you can imagine its quite time consuming sourcing and cataloging video for four shows but it will all be worth it in the end. I've been blown away by the generosity of the U2 community in their willingness to share their footage.
