1. Glad you liked it! It's always personal taste and probably also depends on which show(s) you have seen.

Yeah it was pretty weak in majority of Europe
  3. The tour was 2/3rds complete when he passed. The tour was supposedly about them reclaiming the biggest band on the planet title. That is what they kept hyping prior to the tour. I don't think it really had a narrative which is just fine sometimes.

I always felt the narrative of Elevation was a tale of Seizing The Day, Carpe Diem, Being In The Moment, whatever that is, and existing here and now.

Yeah, it was a great tour. One of their best. That's why I went to see the opening of Vertigo
  6. I place it bottom of the tours I have seen- Zoo, Pop, iE/Ei, 360, Josh Tree 30, Elevation, Vertigo.
  7. See, I guess I really don't go by a "tour" as far as my favorite. I go by the actual shows I attended. I saw two of the better U2 shows I have ever seen on Vertigo. I also saw one of the worst I have seen on Vertigo. I guess it is about what perspective you look at it from. The worst U2 show I have seen is still better than 80% of concerts by any other artist for me.
  8. Fact is that merchandise for Elevation and Vertigo were worst ever. I liked the shows though.

    I can agree with this.

Montreal 2 on the Innocence Tour was out of this world, but it's far from my "favourite tour".

The two Boston shows in December 2005 were probably the two best U2 shows I ever attended. Both nights in the bomb shelter made me feel I was attending a club gig. And the Boston crowd was simply amazing
